Bought mine 8 months ago. I use one pair daily for cutting meats , other pair is used for paper and fabric by my granddaughter every day. Still sharp , have not had to sharpen yet. They will last a long time as long as you rinse and dry by hand. Never put in dishwasher. Dishwashers are hard on scissors and knives. You shouldn't put expensive Damascus and other expensive knives in a dishwasher , always wash and dry by hand. Same goes for scissors , expensive or not.

Love having kitchen scissors for many reasons including cutting up meats, breads, and more. These are great scissors and the price was great. My only suggestion is to always wash by hand, they did rust when I put one pair in the dishwasher.

If I could select 10 stars I would. These are great. After I got mine, I ordered some for my 2 granddaughters. They're like scissors on steroids. They're big, sturdy and cut everything. I love these.

I feel like the scissors in my block knife sets never last or they get lost due to high usage. I love that there are two so I use one strictly for food and one for utility. They are so sharp and sturdy when my expectations were pretty low for the price. I used my utility scissors to cut pipe cleaners no problem. Not great for the blade I’m sure but for the price point and ease, I will buy again if they become dull. I am super impressed.
