Please don't trust this scammers & Worst experience
The media could not be loaded. when i received the laptop, it had minor scratches and small damange in display .After a Month the battery automatically discharges and it wont switchon until i plug it in with charger . seriouslyworst experince and quite not worth for the price your paying ... and the customer support from the seller and amazon is more worst than laptop ... the seller just blocked the calls or avoid replying fpr the messages and the amazon customer service never gave a proper response and they wanted to me change the battery from the dell service center by paying for the battery and service charge ...

Worth the money
The laptop appeared brand new, and its performance matched that of a new device. I haven't encountered any issues so far; everything is functioning perfectly. However, there seems to be an inability to connect to headsets when earphones are inserted. Nevertheless, aside from this minor inconvenience, the product is exceptionally impressive.
