Lightweight and bargain body for partocaster
Got this body for my first time guitar self build. Arrived well packaged. Finish is nice and smooth. Body is lightweight and the wood is quite soft (easy to drill / screw into and also easy to tear out if not careful).Gave it five coats of Danish oil and the wood grain came up quite nicely. Photos of body pre and post Danish oil shown.Neck pocket and cavity routing is good and I didn't need to adjust anything to fit my hardware. Overall, very happy with this body given the price.
