Good, not perfect. Love the design and appearance, but there are a couple of minor annoyances. Likes: Appearance. Accurate, no-drip spout design. The thermometer is very strong and robustly attached to the lid. The force to remove the lid is adjustable by slightly bending 3 tabs. A few minor annoyances: The pour spout is a tad small, causing it to pour just a little slowly for me. Silly me, because the coffee is brewing duing the slow pour. If the spout ID were just 1/16" larger and it would pour much faster, and I would probably complain that it pours too fast. The thermometer is a little slow to respond. I can hear the water boiling when it marks 180F. If I take it off the burner, it continues to creep up past the green, near boiling. The stainless alloy is marginally induction compatible. The alloy (probably 305) is barely magnetic. It still works on my induction cook top, and boils 1 minute faster than my 1200W microwave boiling the same 750ml of water in a BS glass beaker. However, if it was made from a more strongly magnetic alloy (400 series), I estimate it would take 2:30-3 minutes instead of 4. Solid 4 star rating, definitely recommended.

I originally purchased this pour over Coffee/Tea kettle as a gift, but thought i would check it out for myself, before gifting it. I am a full time RV'er and like the fact that it not only works well on an induction cook top (under 2 min to temp) but also on electric and gas cook tops. I also like the fact that the handle design is spaced so that it could also be used on the edge of a camp fire grate (handle out) - No need for my electric anymore :)I was surprised that this little kettle has improved my morning coffee and evening tea, But it certainly has!I pay good money for my beans and now they taste exceptional!My morning coffee is significantly better tasting. Temperature control and pour control due to the spout really makes a difference. Who’d have thought? Set a timer just like they recommend and you’ll know exactly when to remove from the heat. Thanks for that tip Gracefully YaYa. And It doesn't take any more of my time in the morning, which I thought it might. I couldn't be more pleased.

I bought this kettle based on other good reviews but on receiving it, the first thing I noticed was that the nut and washer from the thermometer were rattling around inside the pot, and the bottom is badly pitted in one area as if the sharp corners of the nut had been vibrating against the bottom during shipping. I replaced the nut and could live with the pitting, but the real surprise was a SHARP METAL SLIVER sticking out of the seam inside the pot. The metal sliver is about a centimeter long and very sharp, and would have been very hazardous if I hadn't noticed it and tried to wipe out the inside of the pot by hand. And if it had come loose while pouring water for a cup of tea, it could have been ingested! This should be grounds for a product recall and obviously there is no quality control to let such a dangerous defect out the door. I would have returned it for such an obvious and hazardous defect, but to avoid the hassle of return I pulled it out of the seam with long-nosed pliers and I was going to use the pot anyway.Then I filled it with water and - IT LEAKS! I'm not the first reviewer to find leaks so clearly it's a problem with this manufacturer. The leaks were along the bottom seam but not where the metal sliver was so it's a separate problem. This is hopelessly unusable and I have no interest in a replacement of the same kind so I will return it and buy one from a different manufacturer.

Perfect solution to a better cup of coffee at home. Exactly how they described the product. YaYa immediately sent an email with tips for using the coffee kettle which ensures a great cup of coffee.I followed along and low and behold had a fantastic thermos full of coffee. I was a little skeptical so I’m more than thrilled. There’s nothing like having a thermos full of Starbucks quality coffee for the commute to the office. This is going to save me at least $35 / week!

The media could not be loaded.  Poor quality, In the interior have a black line, like stain. In the exterior the gooseneck was welded, have a black line like a stain.The lid has a bad hole, they tried to do it but they did not do it well. This makes the steam can not escape. When the water boils the lid vibrates because the steam does not escape.The thermometer is not accurate, it jumps between measurements, I compared its 200F with another that indicates 185F. I guess it does not measure only the water temperature.

You definitely can't go wrong with this kettle. The thermometer and coffee bag clip/scoop are awesome additions. After a couple weeks of using this, I find it well built, the top clamps on nicely, I don't see any leaks in the spout, pouring is even (so long as you are!) and the scoop really is a total win when you reach the bottom of the coffee bean bag! I would recommend this kettle to family/friends who wanted this for their coffees

I did have a faulty thermometer, but the seller quickly and efficiently sent me another one that works PERFECTLY. I have the best coffee I've had in a very long time. I can make three 6 oz cups of coffee at a time. I've been using it daily for months with no problem. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

What are the odds that the first kettle I got leaked and the replacement kettle leaked also. Especially when I see about 30 happy reviews out there from customers. Well, that's what happened. The leak wasn't even on a seam but a very small horizontal slit near the bottom of the pot. It just looked like a scratch. Also, the second kettle came with a washer loose inside the kettle but I could not find anywhere where it might belong. So I think I will not order this again - I just have a feeling the third time won't be the charm.
