This is a great product. It really forces you into isolating those biceps muscles like nothing else. I had no idea how "poor" my form was prior to using this product. Eventhough I would do all of my bicep curls while watching myself in the mirror to keep my form in tact, that was no comparison to the forced isolation by using this product. Fit was comfortable after getting used to it. I found it best to be standing upright 1st, then slightly raise your arms to allow the neck strap to settle instead of pulling on the back of your neck. For reference, I'm a slightly pudgy 5'10" 235lbs.

Lightweight, comfortable, seems very sturdy although I am not using particularly heavy weights (yet).

I've been weight lifting for about 10 years now. I would consider myself slightly below advanced in terms on lifting form and execution. I got this because I usually never isolate my biceps, just don't feel the pump like other areas of the body for me. I would say this helped me stimulate the muscle better. Majority of my arms come from compound movements but this piece of equipment makes it easier for me. Foam pad is crap but I made my own. Sturdy and feels like good quality. The shipping was terrible. Both the Amazon box and the item box were opened already. I won't blame the seller. All in all, I recommend this to anyone looking to get higher quality arm workouts. Good for the price and I would definitely buy again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this completely exceeded my expectations. The quality is great, it arrived quickly, and it works just as described. No complaints at all — I’d absolutely buy this again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

Feels comfortable but arrived with a piece of the strap broken 😞 I'd actually just purchased two different DMOOSE styles of this same product (design was the only difference). Unfortunately, the one with the simpler design I turned out preferring was the one with the broken strap. Thankfully, I thoroughly checked the product before using it or it could've cone loose and dropped on to my feet which would've been a painful accident. Going to send it back. Overall it's a good product from a brand that's known, even though their products are pricier than average.

I can't afford the space a preacher bench would require in the garage, and this does a great job. This one says its made from alluminium - hopefully prevent any rust through use. (I've not magnet tested it) It is strong, and has good quality, wrap around, rubber end caps. Gives a great isolation for the biceps and triceps. Wish I had got one years ago!

good product but could use thicker neck foam so it doesn't cut so much into neck. keeps me from straining elbow and forearms. buy for big arms.
