Falls off and the usb doesnot charge well because the tip of this holder cannot touch the car charger outlet properly

I wasn't sure what to think when I received this product. It didn't look stable enough.It fits ok in the power outlet but shakes and moves around a lot when the phone is in it.I also had to use force on the mount to remove my phone.I received this product in exchange for an honest review

Okay so I have been looking for a way to mount my phone in a specific area in the car and there were VERY limited options to make it possible to place it where I wanted. One option required wedging in between trim panels which I did not care for at all.This mount solved the problem AND in doing so I also maintained a couple USB ports.Now I would be even happier is this offered 4 ports but really I need one for my phone and one for the air purifier I run in this car. Both ports offer a fairly rapid charge via 2.1A ports, so thankful it isn't a measly 1A port!I was also happy that even though my phone is a bit larger due to the case and metal plate inside the case this mount held it and put it pretty much exactly where I was wanting the phone.The flexible arm of course allows for some (very minimal) vibration but not enough to be a bother so I finally have a solution to a problem I had given up on. Also it should be noted it is not often a charger or a phone mount includes a charging cable (MicroUSB, sorry Apple owners).It is very snug in the socket and the phone fits rather well but I wish it had just a little more ability to hold in terms of thickness. Since it does manage to hold my phone though I am very happy to now have this as an option. The car it is in rides extremely smooth so it barely moved around at all but it might have more play in a car that isn't as smooth. The way my other car is setup the socket is way to low to use and it would get in the way driving so I couldn't test it but that car is running coilovers and I'm pretty much certain it'd vibrate considerably more. FOR ME this is a perfect solution but I guess it depends on the vehicle to a large degree as to the amount of vibration.Review sample provided free or at a discounted price for a fair, unbiased, and honest review.[...]

UPDATE NOV 11th, 2015About a week after I posted this review, the units dual USB ports stopped working. The item is basically useless and only works as a phone.------------------------------------------------------------------------There are some things I really like about this cradle and somethings that are just simply poor design. To begin with, I was using this for my 2015 Toyota Rav 4 and it's a no go for me since the length is just too short and barely bendable for my liking. I am taking one star away since the charging port is very slow to charge with the 2 USB ports provided.On the positive side, it fits my other car very well and the micro USB cable provider is a nice gesture. All together I think it's an ok unit but I am not sure how long it will last.*item was received free of charge in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
