Repaired RG-11 Underground Cable
I accidentally cut my direct-buried RG-11 internet cable running to my house. These arrived next day (just after Christmas) and I was able to successfully repair the cable. Be aware there are no instructions, but it wasn't mentioned that there would be so no problem there. I forgot to take pictures prior to burying the cable so I don't have any to upload. When installing, be sure to flare out the insulation (with a screwdriver or something flat) so the inner cylinder in the connector goes under the insulation, but outside the braided metal of the cable. Then when you crimp the connector, it will grab the insulation to stay in place. I did this wrong on the first one and the connector simply fell off. After watching a tutorial video, I learned to flare the insulation and it worked correctly. I don't expect these to be waterproof or weather proof, so I covered them in shrink wrap after installing. I tested my internet and am getting full speed so I'm happy with the quality.

Great quality. Make sure the pin is extended before crimping.
Very well made. It has a built-in 18awg ferrule pin. To get a good install, be sure to push the cable into the connector far enough that the pin expresses out all the way. Twist and push if you have to. Only then should you crimp it with the compression tool. It's a long connector uncompressed, but I had no issues with using this cheap but well-built adjustable tool (the cutter was kinda useless with 14awg copper clad steel) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q38JWNV

Worked great
This was perfect for patching our intenet cable after a storm. There is a trick to installing these, the easiest way is to pop out the center pin and mount it on your stripped and prepared cable to gauge the length you need. Cut the cable sheath and shielding to that length and then compress it onto the cable so that the pre-mounted pin pops out where it should.

Fast shipping
Looks and feels good quality. Ordered to have on hand if needed to complete the job but didn't use. Have ordered coaxial cables from them before and always very happy with them.

Doesn't fit many crimpers
These don't fit in many coax crimpers, including the one in the photo. No directions and their web site has zero contacts or available directions, or the ones there did not match the product. If you know what you are doing these will work, if you do not look elsewhere.

Very high quality. It's the first time I've used that type of connector for the underground wiring, so instructions would be nice.
