Well I ordered this costume because I want to dress up as uncle fester from the Addams family this year for Halloween. I tried ordering a different one but I wood not get here until after Halloween do I went with this one. Upon arrival which for prime it took more than two days I believe, but that’s ok because I received it before the holiday, well, it wasn’t what I was expecting. It looks just like a priests out a pastors robe with a white rope so you can tie around your waist. I do not like it. So I’m shopping around this weekend for a trench coat or something alike that will look more like the fester in the movies with Christopher Lloyd I believe it’s his name Fox from back to the future. Anyway I believe it’s a return in process.

Great fit, the hole for the head was a bit tight getting it on, but otherwise this is a great costume. Not hot although this is a polyester made costume.

We're doing an Addams family halloween this year and I was originally going to be Gomez.. However my body shape tends to resemble Fester a bit more so I went this direction. The robe is perfect and the rope tie works great.

The arms on the robe are ridiculously tight. I ordered a 2x and it was roomy everywhere but the arms. Also incredibly hot. I ended up not wearing it because the arms would have been extremely hot and I would have had a heat stroke honestly

I would definitely give this costume four stars if it weren't for the fact that it's sold as an Uncle Fester costume. This is more of a generic, hooded monk-type costume instead of Uncle Fester. Yes, I'm fat and bald, but people mistook me for a monk in this and not Uncle Fester. Aside from that, this is a surprisingly well made robe with a hood. The corded rope belt is also made of sturdy construction.Wanna be an evil monk? This is the costume for you. You'll definitely get tons of use out of it for costume parties, Halloween events, and even Renaissance festivals. I recommend, but not as an Addams Family costume.

Surprisingly good fabric. Should last for a while.
