It's a power supply. It's 24 volts. If this is what you need, then this is a great item. I did a lot of research on others. This had great specs and great reviews. Highly recommend it.

Our overpriced $2500+ Zero-G Recliner product [starts with an S] stopped working after the warranty ran out, and we traced the problem to be a faulty power supply brick. Shouldn't be too costly to replace we thought. The OEM Power Supply could be purchased for an equally overpriced $150+, and as an electrical engineer by degree, this galled me.So I searched Amazon, and found this Model CJ-2450 device that filled the bill at a fraction of the OEM price. I would give it a 5 star review solely because it has unexpectedly actually operated the Zero-G recliner for the better part of two years without us having to spend $150 for such a simple device!So why not a 5-star review? Because the manufacturing quality of this Chinese-produced power supply is very sub par.We immediately noticed that the 3-prong plug that supplies AC power to the power supply brick has a very loose fit. If it were not for the fact that the brick sits on the floor horizontally, the plug would fall out from the brick. Even so, we need to give it an extra shove in order to ensure that it makes a somewhat solid connection - any jostling and it breaks the connection.Secondly, something fell apart internally - there is a rattle that has gotten more pronounced over time whenever the power supply brick is shaken. We are taking our chances and continuing to use it while monitoring for any sign of an electrical malfunction while the replacement from a different manufacturer is in transit.Maybe the second one from a different seller will have better quality. Either way, $150+ for a 24 VDC 6 Amp Power Supply is a total ripoff by the OEM of the recliner, and this Amazon replacement functionally fills the bill at a more reasonable price.

Gets HOT at low current draw. Fake current rating. I had this hooked up to my Bambu AMS2, as the Bambu adapter was out of stock. This adapter got very hot, enough that I didn't feel safe using it. This has the same voltage and wattage as the Bambu adapter.

Purchased this unit to power a string of LED lights and found it comparatively lighter in weight than other power supply adapters.

I needed a 24VDC 1A supply to power a remote motor that opens/closes a window. (One would require a long, long ladder to manually reach the window!) I have lots of 6VDC, 9VDC, and 12VDC units, and even a 24VAC unit, but no 24VDC power supply --- so I ordered this unit. It worked well. The little "adapter" that changes the "coax type" power cable to something with two screws (where I connected the window wiring) is a bit small, but it worked.
