I love it
This is the best alarm system I've ever bought. Some people are saying it's difficult to set up but I was able to get it all done in less than 10 minutes

Good Unit for home monitoring
The media could not be loaded. This device is good for basic functions and basic smart functions. The good, You can add your own 5G sim card and use a third party monitoring service and have monitoring from a quality service provider. You have to do some searching but there are a couple providers that support the unit. The cost is annual but 8.95 a month. You can set 2 codes on the panel if you assign 1 as admin and 1 as user. The virtual password set in the smart Life app will function only on Google Home, Alexa, etc. So technically 3 passwords. The sensors are of good quality and I added 3 2 way smart cams at 15 bucks a pop that run on smart Life as well. However they do not integrate with the alarm directly. However you can configure a scene in smart life that trips the sos function on the alarm. You can not granularly see sensors status in Google Home. It only shows the Alarm. No functions are available such as Arm, Disarm, etc. You will need to setup IFTTT applets for that. Screen does not auto off and there is no screen saver. If the screen is off to long it loses connection via WiFi and you need to turn the screen back on. I bought this used so only payed 89 bucks for it so overall I'm happy with the purchase. Also I was unable to get the system to recognize any sensors when I was adding them. However it recognized them in the smart life app everytime so that is how I added them. I also had to reset and do a couple tricks I have learned in IT to get the unit to be seen and added to smart life, this was probably why it was a return. The unit supports 4G that was not outlined in the product description it only said GSM which for those of you that unaware is the communication technology type that applies to all communications 3G, 4G, Edge, 2G. T-Mobile, AT&T, etc are GSM. Verizon is CDMA. I speak of third party in this video but do not show any sites as that is in a second video. Alarmmonitoringservices.com and alarmrelay.com are 2 providers. The installer code is your admin code.

Not a bad system
System does work without a sim card as long as it has WIFI. Sends alerts to your phone app and can be controlled from your phone anywhere.Sensors are not all that great, quite often we have to open and close a door so the sensor registers that the door is closed. Sensors also lack range for communication. The panel is definitely not programmed by someone who speaks English. The sensors are numbered but do not give feedback to the panel as to which door is open but is programable in the app if the app keeps all your info stored. You can only have one password.Motion sensors usually work. Not a bad system for the money but I kinda wish I would have bought a name brand unit.

But at your own risk!
The sensors run on batteries that go dead after three months! The batteries are expensive and makes this unit useless! If the seller would like to supply battery replacements every three months then great. If not, you’ll spend more than the cost of the alarm unit on batteries each year.

Soooo...
It has potential. I would use it in an apartment. Absolutely worth it. Unfortunately, not all the sensors that I received connect to the main panel. The main panel does not connect to my back door senor. Maybe it's too far away. Hints why I would use it in an apartment but not a medium size home. I think I just got a faulty sensor. The other ones work.

Too small speaker/horn
Cheap price but it doesn't ring everytime the door is open like other alarms. I would lime to add a bigger speaker/horn but I don't how to or which one

The media could not be loaded. the equipment does not work. The hub does not turn on, I tested the power supply and it would not be the problem.

petite alarme parfaite

unit stopped operating after about 4 months
The system was good till 4 months. But stopped functioning after about 4 months with no alert/ warning. The unit keeps beeping all the time. Tried to login through the app but, login do not work anymore. Had to turn off the unit. I cannot contact the supplier as it's already over product return period. Don't know what I must do now.Setup was easy and that's why 2 stars. Hoping that the supplier contacts me with the solution.
