Been taking this supplement for months in order to boost hair regrowth, only the 'free form' works for me and by far this is the best amino acid complex supplement on the market (price-performance ratio).

I wanted to explore fruitarianism. So I embarked on a journey to only eat fruit for 30 days straight. It was quite amazing in so many ways. However, I'm very active in the gym and big into fitness.While on a fruit only diet, I noticed I had quite a bit of muscle weakness as you might expect. I had energy everywhere else, except for muscles. My mind was razor sharp and I felt so happy all the time. Just really weak muscles. So started taking these and that cleared it right up. My physical body felt so much better!I talked to my naturopath and she first recommended not to continue on a fruit only diet indefinitely. But then said if I was going to be on it for a while, to take 1 pill 2-3x a day and work my way up to 6 caps a day. I only ended up doing 3 caps a day.I'm back to my normal diet, but since these worked so well, I'm using as a post workout, along with BCAAs, instead of a protein shake. It's just way easier on my system to do it this way.I have a sensitive stomach and these are easy to handle. No complaints!One other note. My joints started to feel a lot better on this. I'm assuming it's from the glycine and how it helps collagen production.

Usually about 30-50% more expensive than others, but they dont have the same amount,no matter if i compare how many different types are included (18, only know of one brand that had 20, but they dont sell them anymore), or the amount of amino per capsule (600mg).Other brands might add things like B6 to make you "feel" the energy boost, but that isnt good in larger amounts, especially since a lot of energy drinks have it too.This will make you lose weight easier when combining it with some sort of "working out",but its mainly gonna be from the fat layer under the skin (not belly fat ;)

about a year ago, I began taking amino acid supplements, following research on effects of aging (the body produces less and decreased diet with age means less aminos are ingested, which means supplementation is necessary). I began taking another supplement, Amino Complete, which worked well over the 9 months I used them. I tried this brand due to its orientation for people over 50 (I am 55). I was surprised by the way I felt upon switching; within a week, I felt noticeably different, better. I've been taking them for roughly two months now and cannot imagine switching.

I am 73 yrs. old. Have been taking Amino Capsules for over 6 months. Have increased muscle mass in body.
