💧 Stay dry, stay ahead — never let moisture slow your flow!
This 2 lbs activated alumina desiccant features a highly porous structure that absorbs over 30% of its weight in moisture, maintains stability under high temperatures and corrosive conditions, and achieves ultra-low dew points down to -100°F. Perfect for filament drying and compressed air/gas systems, it’s reusable after simple oven regeneration, making it a cost-effective and eco-conscious choice for professionals demanding peak performance.

Much better than silica
These take my 3d printing filament storage and my AMS to levels of humidity that are lower than the sensors can reliably measure. They also last longer than the silica I used in the past. Finally a few hours in an oven recharges these so you don't waste money.A better value and better performance than silica!

Works awesome, will never go back to silica gel
Stuff works and was bone dry when opened. I suggest dropping a $1 temp/ humidity readout in the jar after you open it and use some so you can see instantly if usable or needs drying when you need it next time.

Keeps things DRY
This is my new go-to desiccant for my 3d printing filament and gun cabinet needs. It seems to absorb much more moisture than Silica. The drawbacks are that it doesn't change colors to easily identify when it needs to be replaced or recharged. Also takes a lot higher heat to recharge than Silica, so for many it will be single use.

Amazed!
Before I was just using silica gel and the lowest RH I was able to get in my airtight filament container was 25%, but with this I was easily able to get to 10% within a few hours (at least according to my hygrometers that are pretty inaccurate). Work well with breathable bags, like organza.Great buy!

Great for keeping 3d printing filament dry
Far better than silica desiccant. Need to pair it with a hygrometer, though, because there's no visual indication that they're spent.

Great stuff
Decided to try this when the silica packets in my 3d printer filament storage needed to be replaced. It seems good, looks like it pulls humidity out of the air faster than the silica gel didI've had the same box in there for about a month, and even with opening it up a few times a day the humidity is staying nice and low.Only potential drawback is that this stuff is dusty, not really a problem, just something to be aware of.

Excellent Dessicant
Worked way better than silica gel packs, overnight it took my silk pla from 42% moisture to 8%
