This is so very fun to out together. I love the detail of it and the doors. Putting the books together is a little tedious but really looks great!

It is taking a while to put together, but the quality of the punch out pieces and graphics is impressive. So many little books! I love the chair although I assembled it with the two sides reversed, so I needed to cut off the tab which was supposed to attach it to the floor. Pay attention to the red circles on the instructions! Those are the things that are easy to goof up.The Book nook is smaller than I expected, but will also fits on a shelf without taking up too much room. I'd call it about 1/24 scale compared to usual dollhouse 1/12 scale.There is a noticeable odor. I think it is a combo of the actual wood used and the binding agent. I don't find it too unpleasant, but if you are sensitive to smells, this might not be for you.I recommend for the multi-page book that you cut out around the edges and carefully fold it in an accordion, then you can carefully peel off the backing in sections and stick the pages together in pairs as you go. I also have changed the position of some of the stickers to suit; e.g. on the desk, the cat obviously would be sitting on the document!

This was my first book nook. The instructions were easy to follow and understand. I am surprised it looks so good. I will definitely order other models. Really enjoyed it.

Loved making this. Stress buster! Took time and patience but well worth it! The end product is very quaint and appears so peaceful.

It's okay. The quality is definitely not as good as other nooks I've put together. The pieces don't fit together very well and were quite loose so I often had to glue them together instead of them just fitting. It's pretty dark and difficult to see the scene inside even with the internal lights, no matter how or where I place them. The lights behind the portal are very visible individually so it really gives the impression of there being lights behind it rather than the portal being illuminated. It was still fun to put together and overall pretty neat. I just wish I could actually see the scene when I turn it on.
