good for bird's health
Always hard to find this specific one for my bird (13 years old conure). I learned long ago that safflower seed is good for bird's health instead of sun flower seed. I use to get this from Petco or Petsmart, but they were hard to find sometimes when they just don't carry them. Amazon always has it for approx. under $10. That works for me.

Great price and quality
We have been using this food as a supplement to fresh food for two years. I especially like it because it does not have a bunch of sunflower seeds, peanuts or peppers that my bird doesn’t like. We have a double yellow Amazon and she seems to enjoy it. Again, it’s only supplement to fresh food.

Not very nutritious.
Cheap bird feed. Not completely nutritious for a parrot but helps pelleted food stretch a bit and gives them something to do to stay busy. Makes a mess with the shells and about half goes wasted or gets thrown out to the wild birds in my yard. My Amazon *orange-winged just won't touch about half of what is in it.
