A quick roll and the garlic is peeled. If you put too much presser on t he tube, you will crush the garlic, so an easy touch is all that is needed.

Strange little product. While it is difficult from looking at the peeler to directly justify its cost, it truly does the job. The skin is usually completely removed. And if it isn't, you roll it a bit more. I can see where I might have a challenge to keep from losing this because it is so small and flexible. Not a problem. I will figure something out. Ultimately simple, straight forward, and unbreakable.

I was gonna be doing a lot of cooking and bought an entire head of garlic. After playing around with the first couple cloves, I figured out the best technique, which is: Break off the individual clothes of garlic from the head. Cut off just a little bit of the tip and tail end of each garlic clove. This makes the roller so much more effective at removing the garlic paper skin. It works well with larger clothes as well as smaller clothes. After four or five cloves you get the feeling in your hand as to win the paper has been removed from the clove of garlic. All in all I did an entire head of garlic in about five minutes. Handy little gadget that doesn’t take up much room.

Works as it should! Helps speed up the process of peeling garlic. Also it is easy to wash!

These are great. Really there's nothing to say, they do exactly what you buy them for, then you can wash them easily without frustration, by hand or in the dishwasher. Most modern garlic devices seem to require an unacceptable level of care. The price I paid was the same as one peeler from other sellers. Since we got two and only needed one, we gave one to our parents. Even if you literally just smash the garlic lol, it still keeps it from touching your hands and tools which is a win imo

You first hav to tap n loosen the head of each garlic clove on the kitchen counter and you hav to roll one one garlic clove at a time ! Works like a charm! Must have if yu hate peeling Garlic..
