Beautifully made with chunky discs that are posted in slots or placed on ledges to tell a story. Really well made, it’s great quality with smooth wooden edges doors that slide easily where necessary making it easy to use for toddlers. Excellent for refining motor skills and recognising colours. My nephews loved this toy so much when they were younger that I bought it again and now my grandchildren love it too. Definitely a family favourite.

Bought for Christmas, not used yet but have other playground and vehicles version of this and grandkids have loved them. Quality wooden toys.

At first glance this looks a bit boring. However my toddler age 1-3 loved this toy it was one of her favorites. She loved slotting the disks which where perfect size into the barn and then opening the barn doors to find them. Easy to use, educational, wooden and melissa and doug branded. One of my toddlers favorites

Received the barnyard tumble as a gift for the first birthday. On the first impression it looks nice but on a closer look some glue is visible and paint is slightly chipped. It is a bit disappointing for a brand new toy. The coins are big and chunky enough to be easily held by a 1 year old. It has three slots, one "silo" where you can enter all 4 coins and then open it up on the side and the coins roll out. A slot where coins fall behind the barn doors. And lastly a kind of slide where the coins roll out. On the back are four slots to fit the coins. It also has a handle to carry it. My little ones loves this toy and I can see it being used for many months as he hasn't figured out all the different ways to use it yet!

It was supposed to be a gift for someone but the photos clearly show the condition of the box. It made me wonder if it was a used product as there was no seal at the opening too making it look like the product inside was taken out and put back many times. There were also quite a few scratches and tear around the box. Utterly disappointed with this purchase and now leaving me with a present that looks so bad.

I purchased for my sons first birthday. He is the youngest of five and we have not had a toy like this. So far, the toy holds his attention for a short time. I can see him focus and try to drop the disc in the correct spot. His brother and sisters will sit and play it with him as well. We also review colors and animals when talking to him when playing with the toy. I really seeing him progressing as his fine motor develops and being able to use this for longer times. (I see this being engaging now at 12 months and more so at 24 months, it will grow with him!) The only down fall is some of the paint is starting to fade on the wooden circle discs. I would purchase this again for another baby (perhaps I will at Christmas for toys for tots!). Great toy for fine motor, vocabulary development, and for older siblings to help entertain the little one!

Good quality and very pleasing to the eye. My granddaughter plays with it all the time. Very pleased with the purchase.

Unsere Tochter ist 14 Monaten, und hat nicht wirklich Interesse in dieses Steckspiel.. Ich hatte überlegt es zurück zuschicken. Aber wir haben es jetzt erstmal aufgehoben und versuchen es nochmal ob sie es in ein paar Monaten besser findet. Ob da der Altersempfehlung 1+ stimmt? Ansonsten finde ich die Münzen gross genug damit sie sich nicht verschlucken kann. Und das Holz und Qualität sind gut. Keine scharfe kanten oder Verletzungsgefahr. Optisch sieht es auch süss aus. Und ich könnte mir vorstellen das es auch der Fantasie anregt und das Kind Rollenspielen spielt. (z.B Kuh Futtern und wieder zurück in die Scheune)
