I gave it a 5 star because it is a great phone as well the customer service that I have received after my original review. The issue is that with all the Apps that are now part of the operatizing system it uses almost half of the internal storage and most cannot be moved to the SD card.

This phone was purchased to give as a gift to a friend but upon arriving in Zambia I found that is was not unlocked. Now I am having difficulty in determining how to go about unlocking it without using international data. Very frustrating to be advertised as being unlocked when it is really not.

I love this phone, I have no problem's with it at all, the battery life is amazing on this phone, but (just a little note), it takes three to four hours to charge, color is amazing, hold a lot of apps, very light in weight.

This is second black view I got. Different model. I like it. For the money you get yourself going with essentials. Works on T mobile. My kid is happy.

After a month, the phone does not work properly. When adding an SD card, you can not select files or apps to be downloaded or saved to it. The phone has virtually no storage so without this option, you really can't do much with it.
