The Warrior's Path: The Sacketts: A Novel

A great read.

What's to say more enjoyable than the first. Plenty of action and very well developed characters. This is the third in the series and I have already bought the fourth. Enjoy, as I did and I am going to start the next installment!

This story follows Barnabas Sackett's son Kin as he discovers an injustice and attempts to correct it. The story is easy to follow, is well-written, and I enjoyed it very much. I will continue to read this series.

I have been reading Louis L'Amour for over 45 years, and the Sackett family has become a great comfort to follow in my life. Many thanks to Mr L'Amour.

The integrity of the writer is clearly in his writing. As he said, his writing would last for thousands of years--it was not pulp fiction, but historically accurate fiction of the lives of that time, with settings clearly existing. . Actually, a book has been compiled of this writer's wisdom, his QUOTATIONS.. Words of wisdom of life, all culled from his writings by his daughter. A delightful book to own, a wonderful author to read. Having left school at age 15, Louis L'Amour never stopped reading most everything he could get his hands on. He never forgot his burning desire to leave something of himself behind that would give others pleasure to read, and to remember the settlement of the "frontier" of America; in fact, he himself never referred to his writing as Western fiction, but FRONTIER STORIES. Love to read Louis L'Amour!

As before in Book 1 & 2 the excitement continues. I'm having fun reading the Sacketts series. I'm having the, delightful problem, of reading to long into the night. It alway difficult to write an action scenes and convey the true excitement/passion without getting to wordy or to long of a description. L'Amour however has it to a perfect science. Your mind is filled with the new world woods and meadows or the rolling seas and morning sun rises. You will enjoy every word.

An interesting story. With many twists and turns lovely read once started I was unable to stop . Had to read to the end

Good for western fans

I can't say enough how much I enjoy Louis writing. You read knowing that he truly feels his characters and has experienced similar things. In working through the dangers series and I love it. Well done.

A very gripping novel from the very first page Louis L'Amour weaves a thrilling story! One of the Sacketts novel, cannot keep it down :)

Another excellent read from this fabulous author. Only one left to buy to complete the set.
