Not what I expected. Very disappointed.
Where do I start?Firstly, instructions practically non-existant.Bluetooth connection very slow to initially establish. When it did get connected it kept disconnecting.Hotspot connection. So slow, you might as well phone a friend. Internet running at 200mb on mobile device, yet browsing the Internet on this unit makes it feel like you only had 1mb connection speed.Screen Mirroring. When you eventually get a firm connection, mirroring keeps cancelling. Will not show in landscape mode and is slower than the mobile device its connected to by a large way.Audio, what is the point of the section for downloaded music? It's all streaming music nowadays. Same for movies. When you connect to Spotify via Bluetooth it keeps stopping and starting. Ruins the experience.Radio. Very poor connection. For whatever reason, the signal is very poor in the same spot that the original radio receives perfect signal. With the poor connection, it keeps trying to auto find a better signal way too often. Can't understand why there's no RDS. Just big clunky numbers.Maps. Another waste of time. Can't establish current location, so when it looks for the best route, it simply hangs there.Really, really recommend avoiding this product. I've had it fitted 5 hours and am reverting back to the stock stereo.

Good price and tons of feature, but can be tricky to use at times
Got this for my VW T5 camper. Fits in a treat and the big screen makes a huge difference while driving! The only issue I have found is when connecting to Android Auto Wireless, it does connect but seems to be tricky when you first get it. I've found it works almost everything time now, but on long trips, it can disconnect causing issues while driving. However, Apple devices seem to work perfectly with the radio! The touch screen and feature all seem to be working fine and overall for the price I'd say give it ago!

DOES NOT HAVE ANDROID AUTO OR APPLE CARPLAY LIES!
Spent hours fitting this as had to hard wire it due to no standard iso fitting. Then found no android auto/ apple car play. Tried to download the zlink app but can't be installed. I have had 2 other android head units with android auto so know how it should work but this unit just does not have the required software for android auto.

A mixed bag
This head unit looked really interesting. Utilising a single din aperture, it is able to offer a large screen with wireless car play and Android auto or most older vehicles. In the box you get the headunit and screen, rear camera and wiring, wiring for audio and power, a GPS module, mounting brackets, and a manual. The head unit is a single din size, with the screen mounted on the front. The mounts are adjustable so the screen can be moved. However I can see how this would still be an issue in some vehicles, where controls may be rendered inaccessible. The screen is a good size and once powered on it is reasonably bright and easy to read. The head unit uses a version of Android as an OS. It does have a number of onboard APPs including wireless BT, a media player, sat nav etc. While these work OK you really want to be using car play or Android Auto. Connecting to Android auto can be a little fiddly. As I use my phone with other devices it caused some minor conflicts. This was quickly resolved. During my testing this worked well enough. However it did drop the connection once, and this could be a nuisance if you were driving at the time. My complaints surround the instruction manual. It isn't very helpful. For example the instructions show the fitment for a double din unit. It appears it is for a number of units that share the same basic internals.I feel some ambivalence towards this head unit. On one hand it's a smart solution to add a screen and wireless connectivity to older vehicles. But on the other hand the manual is near useless, it lacks DAB, and the on board APP and audio quality are so so. At the current price £139.99 it isn't a bad price for the features.

Disappointing
Was hoping for good things from this car multimedia system after struggling to fit to my motor home as the instructions are not the best but was very disappointed in the results was hoping for a complete multi media system but unfortunately found that it kept loosing connection all the time even when connected straight to my Samsung phone so will be removing and just using my phone
