Holy heck is this stuff sweet. So sweet that I am not sure I will keep taking it. I don't eat the SAD, am plant based. But I do use sugar in my coffee and enjoy a good vegan cookie or piece of dark chocolate on occasion, maple syrup in oatmeal. My point being I don't consider myself sensitive to the taste of sweet. I liked that this spray contains a nice dose of all forms of b12. The spray form was appealing to me as I typically take sublinguals but not fond of the acids sitting on gums and teeth as it absorbs. So I thought I had found a great substitute, but not sure I am going to be able to keep up with this. I figured it would be a bit sweet with glycerin being the top ingredient but wow. First dose I took the full three pumps and dang, I wish I had not. I honestly felt a little ill for a few moments after. I gave three stars as I like the idea, the dose, the three forms of B12 it contains and in truth cannot speak to the effectiveness of this supplement, it might be amazing so don't want to knock that. But I had to subtract at least two stars for the taste. If you like syrupy sweet tasting things, you might like it but if you are sensitive at all to sweet, I would suggest you pass on this one.

Gives a nice energy boost. Just note it squirts like a gel and not a mist. Texture was a little unexpected, but still taste good and does the job.
