I was looking to buy a 4g flip phone to replace my 3g one. I had bought several, all a waste of time. I was about to give up. when i spotted the Easy Phone, so i said one last try. I read the reviews and noticed some had said the battery did not last long, but when i got the phone, i found that the backlight was on, roaming was on, sounds for speaking the letters and typing was on, and more. Once you receive the phone turn off the items you don't use, also reduce brightness, lights ect, and the battery lasts a long time. The phone is very easy to use, you can set your own incoming text tone, also incoming ring tone, and it is so easy to navigate. I love this phone, big numbers, battery lasts several days or longer depending on usage, and 5 days on stand by. When you first charge the phone, give it a full charge and leave it a bit longer after it is fully charged, it also comes with a block call button, if you receive a call and don't want it or some one calls and is abusive, just hold down the block button for about 5 or so seconds, job done. The phone is not a big as a Doro which is good. I highly recommend this phone, as we are all going 4g shortly. I am in my 70's and its easy. to use.

the phon e seemed used and the battery only good for a day,but going to keep using it for a while the firm is absolutely brilliant,they do realy care about there customers thanks for that,the phone gets good reviews,wondered why then noticed its only checked over a day or so ,i use it always,anyway thanks to the seller being brilliant i am going to give it anotgher go sure i bought a ringer,though battery should be better anyway do not let this review put you off it is a good phone and the seller is brilliant,its maybe me i might have got a bad copy all in all the phone is the best,trhe seller shines thanks pete very impressed with this seller

worse phone ever after 10 days the screen has stopped working every time you shut the flip and reopen it nothing phone is woeful

Nice little phone spoiled by the fact that it won't pair seamlessly to car without a headset. Backward technology. Be aware elderly like easy phones but still want to be safe if they drive. Reluctantly sent back but if you don't drive, it's ideal in it's simplicity.

Very happy with this phone.Easy to use, and does everything.

Loud basic phone

I bought this for my daughter four years ago. She's dropped it several times, got it soaked and it still worked fine. She finally dropped it hard on concrete and separated the screen from the keypad, so we needed to replace it. It's still one of the few flip phones in this price range that not only texts and calls her emergency contacts if she hits the SOS button, but also sends us her Google Map location - we bought her this phone when she got old enough to walk to school and the local shops on her own, so that was important to us.She's getting to an age where we'll need to give in a get her a smartphone, but we'll pass this down to her brother. It's sturdy and does the job.

Works well. Unlike the previous model this one does not beep periodically.
