Love this! Easy to use and clean. Good design of product and makes a lovely hot chocolate. Froths the milk just right and it’s not too hot to drink once it’s made. My son loves this and will now make himself a white hot chocolate as it’s so easy to use. The milk level is just right for a mug, and then just put the chocolate flakes/powder in and turn it on.

I am in love with this machine. I can make myself a white choco mocha and top with a lovely thick froth in minutes.Stirs and melts chocolate chunks with ease.I'm yet to try the cold froth setting but will do with warmer weather.This is perfect for disabled people as you don't have to stand over a hot stove. Just plug and play.

Makes nice hot chocolate but the starter buttons are too small

Really disappointed with this. I should have known better - that you get what you pay for.It hardly froths or warms the milk and despite following the measure guides leaks every time I used it. Absolute rubbish. I only gave it a star because it at least looks neat.Going to return this and repurchase a more expensive one that I had before which only broke as my husband submerged it in water.

This is the third different type of milk frother I have tried over a period of a few months. The first was a special deal in a well known discount supermarket, and the second was a less well known make purchases from Amazon, at a similar price to this one. Both stopped working within a couple of weeks - the first one the power supply ceased to function and with the second one, it stopped heating and would only froth. I returned both and bought this instead as it is a well known brand and had good reviews. A few months in and it still works perfectly. It is easy to clean, even cooled and dried milk and hot chocolate comes off instantly with hot soapy water. It froths milk well, producing full foam, part foam or you can just use it to heat milk and / or hot chocolate (for the heating only function there are a few temperatures to choose from). You can froth cold milk too. I’m not really a fan of hot chocolate made this way (tastes the same as instant but more expensive) so I mainly bought it as a milk frother for coffee. Happy with purchase, and good to know that I have found one that doesn’t stop working within weeks.

Great product! Much better than my expensive velvetiser. Love that it has a cold function too. Makes lovely smooth and frothy drinks. Would buy again and recommend.

Easy to use and clean, howeverI use it to heat up milk and it takes ages and the milk is never proper hot.

I bought this for my daughter’s Christmas present and I was amazed at how good it is. You can either use hot chocolate powder, or finely grate your favourite chocolate bar into it and the result is a silky hot chocolate that tastes just like an expensive shop bought one! I’ve also used it to heat and froth my milk when making coffees. I’d much rather buy this than spend £££’s on the main competitor of hot chocolate machine. Really good value for money, and once used it’s easy to clean but make sure you clean it as soon as it’s been used!
