Excellent Product
I originally ordered a DELL Inspiron 3910 from another Amazon vendor. When it arrived it was defective and I returned it. I then ordered the same model from this Amazon vendor, J-Tech Digital, Inc. When it arrived I noted that the model number did not match what I ordered. Instead, it's a DELL Inspiron 3020, but the specs match the 3910's closely enough that I accepted it and set it up. It works well and I like it. I'm just surprised that the DELL model number is different from what I ordered. Not sure why or what that means, but given the trouble I've had getting something that works, I'm going to keep it and use it as I had planned to do.

Dell was great.
Delivered early. Tech transferred over from old PC to new one. Unfortunately, husband has not the time to use it as he is fighting sinus infection. Looks great.

Good slim, lightweight desktop computer
I bought the computer to write. So far, I haven't done much writing, I'm wrangling with Windows 11. I've watched movies, viewed photos, visited websites, developed spreadsheets and, yes, some writing, just not as much as I had hoped. All the components were new and the housing is lightweight & slim-just what I need for a smaller desk. Everything worked well for a while and then the computer wouldn't shut down. That frustrated me. I'm not a computer Tekkie, so I called the seller, and they were VERY helpful. I shipped the PC back to them at their cost, they fixed whatever it was that needed to be fixed & sent it back to me quickly. The PC works fine now. The seller honored the 1-year warranty respectfully without me having to badger, pay shipping, complain, etc. That's nice. I probably won't write the next great American novel, but at least I will have the necessary tools to make writing more efficient & enjoyable. I wish I were more techno-savvy so that I could give a review based on the computer specs, but I'm not. Hopefully someone else has that knowledge and will write a review.
