This is great material and sturdy. It’s just impossible to get towels to look like the picture unless they are super super thin because the bars are too shallow and pushes in on them. But works functionally great.

Love the design and functionality of this piece. Adds a nice touch to our bathroom!

No clear directions on how to connect the two middle bars. Ended up with one bar having a dark black spacer, the other has none. One of them is backwards, and I have no idea which. Also came with a package of gold and silver spacers - have no idea how to use these so I just threw them away.

It would be useful to add the size of the a 'standard' drill bit for a M4 anchor!

This towel rack is great for storing towels in the bathroom without taking up precious cabinet or closet space. The brushed gold finish is consistent throughout. It is a tad flimsy and somewhat buckles under the pressure of towels. The vertical rods are actually two pieces threaded together which are then screwed into a thin flat bar for mounting. Make sure to tighten the rods a lot to prevent them from coming undone while on the wall. The hardware does comes with one extra of each piece. The included drywall anchors performed better than most that come with these items. Total install time was less than 5 minutes. Pretty happy with this towel storage, it could be improved by being more sturdy.

The pictures of this product don't fully match what you're getting. The metal wasn't sturdy at all and the seams where you put it together are noticeable and sharp. Someone could easily cut themselves on the sides.The mounting is screw only and while it says it could be used on tile or granite, you'd need very special tools to do so. These are long screws with anchors and designed for drywall or possibly wood.
