Looks ok, box arrived a bit damaged. My girls enjoyed themselves doing this. I think its reasonably priced so overall I would recommend it.

We couldn't do the colour block as the pictures showed. It was really difficult to just do one colour so we improvised. We are extremely happy with out results but I just wanted to mention that inside the hair grip is actually really sharp. I cut the tip of a finger tryna put it in hair. I have filed it down some. I don't want them cutting my child's hair. Some are OK some are sharp so just be careful. The idea itself is good and like I said, the suggestions didn't work so we made up our own.

Your child can really use their imagination with the clay and come up with allsorts to personalise the clips. She spent a good couple of hours doing them. The clips are also really good quality and pretty.

You get everything you need to decorate 15 hair clips of your own design in fact, the only thing not included is the oven as the clay decorations needs to be baked to make them hard.The box that this craft kit arrives in is compact and nicely decorated and would make a nice small gift or stocking filler; it is perfectly acceptable to gift as is. The box includes: a clay mould (various shapes), high gloss glaze, adhesive, 16 hair clips, 7 black of polymer clay (yellow, pink, teal, purple, red, blue and violet), and an instruction sheet.This is a nice craft activity for an older child (recommended for 6 years and above) and, apart from the oven, they should be able to do most of it on their own, although some children may need to be supervised as this does involve adhesive and glaze.Priced at £9.99 at the time of this Amazon Vine review, this is a good price for a small gift or stocking filler and overall is not bad for a children's craft kit. I am pleased with this product and am happy to recommend.

This is a great crafting set! My 3yo daughter absolutely loved helping make her own hair clips; from picking the shapes to the colours and design. The hearts and stars were where the focus was. I imagine having moulds for some other shapes such as a unicorn, crescent moon, flower or a different shaped star would have been better than the squares and circles. There's a great array of colours in the clay included and they can be very carefully mixed to get a swirl pattern. They bake well in the oven and the included glue does appear to give a strong enough hold. Let's face it, my daughter won't be passing these down generations so they are made to last a short time and it's the crafting experience that is most fun along with the satisfaction of wearing something you have made. 2 thumbs up from the little one!

Cute little activity/arty/crafty set for any little girl to make and then wear. Fun. Something different. Perfect to gift. Good price. Daughter had fun making these. Easy to do but can get messy.

The media could not be loaded.  Very reasonably priced. This is a box of 'hours' worth of creative fun for your child. In this kit you get everything that you'll probably need to make some interesting hair clips. It will require adult assistance as you need to bake your finished clay in a hot oven prior to being able to glue your designs onto the hair clips which are supplied.The clay is soft and can be manipulated easily by children. There is a rubber mould in this kit which allows the clay to be pushed into. There are some interesting designs for a child to create, but if you decide to sculpt your own items then this is also an option.Once baked in the oven you simply attach your designs to the hair clips with the glue provided, allow to dry in a warm place and then wear.I cannot testify as to the longevity of these hair clips when made properly and attached as suggested to the hair clips with the glue provided but they do appear be have 'stuck' in place securely. I suppose that they're like most other items of this design, they're not designed to last forever!Your child will however spend hours of their time creating new designs and will look forward to wearing them and showing them off to their friends and family, so with regards to this, this is a well made product, priced really low, safe to use and if it makes your child happy, which it did, then it is amazing value for money in my opinion.
