Just started using it, but it seems to be superior to the synthetic vitamin B 12, with natural flavor instead of sugar and without a lot of artificial ingredients. Easy to take (dissolves quickly and completely).

I'M AN OLDER PERSON WHO DOESN'T GO OUTSIDE BECAUSE I'M LIMITED ON ACTIVITIES. BECAUSE I DON'T GO OUT MUCH, I'M NOT GETTING THE VITAMINS I NEED. TAKING THIS PRODUCT GIVES ME THE NUTRIENTS I NEED TO FEEL BETTER. IT WORKS FOR ME AND I DO FEEL A DIFFERENCE.IF YOUR NOT ABLE TO GO OUTSIDE MUCH I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO HELP.IT WORKS FOR ME.

My Dr. recommended I take a B12 supplement along with the iron I take. I do notice a bit if difference in my energy level. I haven't taken it that long so will post more later. This vitamin is easy as it is placed under the tongue and dissolves nicely with a pleasant flavor. I hate taking pills so this is perfect!
