The Three Billy Goats Gruff Hardcover – Picture Book, 18 October 2022

I love Jon Klassen's books and his illustrations and this book has quickly become another favorite. I LOVE reading it to my children (7 and 4) - the words are so fun and the story suspenseful and wacky. After reading a library copy once, I quickly purchased our own copy.

a really nice rendering of the classic story. My boys both immediately asked to read it again.

My son loves this book! The illustrations are great and it’s a well-told fun update to a classic fairytale.

Beautifully illustrated, as you would expect from Klassen, but also dark and witty! Mac Barnett’s text stays true enough to the original narrative to be pleasing to this fairy tale purist.
