Great classroom experience
Did this in our Special Education classroom. The littlest had a great time and did a fantastic job!

You're going to need more paint
My 8 year old loves outer space so he was very excited to use this kit. The foam planets are as expected though it is a bit unclear which ball is meant for which planet. You will need something to stick the skewers into to keep them up while you paint them and for them to dry. The paint it comes with is paltry- you will need to supplement. I have plenty of acrylic paint, so I had already planned on using additional colors. I would advise choosing the kit that does not have paint included.

I recommend but…
This worked great for kid school project of a solar system. The ball sizes were great. The only thing was the paint wasn’t enough. So I had to get more. Other than that.. it was 👌🏾

All foam planets came dented and deformed
The box was in perfect condition but all the foam planets that came inside are dented, deformed and smashed.

Perfect for 5th grade project
We used this for a 5th grade solar system project. It was easy to paint ,ll, just took a little longer to dry. Otherwise perfect.
