Not happy with this purchase
I wanted a polyphenol supplement - organic fruits and berries. I guess I should have read closer when this was a top hit for my search. This also has several adaptogens in it. Adaptogens help regulate mood. They should only be used short term, and you should wean off them slowly too. I feel weird today, the day after first using this supplement which was the only different thing I did yesterday. This product is not for me and I’m sad it’s nonrefundable.
