I have two amazing 8,000 lumen lights for my bike that came with the cheapest composite plastic brackets ever made. I didn't even tie them down tight and both of them snapped at the hingesWas worried that this would actually fit my lights even though it shows the exact style bracket in the picture of my lifeWhen I got it my lights were loose and would vibrate because the fit for the light bracket and the fit on the mount were just a little bit differentAnd my lights are all full steel housing so I couldn't attach one of the brackets that came with them outSo enter a few dabs of gorilla glue.Just enough to give me that extra 1/50 inch.Now my lights fits snug on my bike with no vibration and no issue.And you can tell once you put your hands on these brackets that they are very nicely made and they're going to be able to handle what they're made to doYou might have to do just a tiny bit of ingenuityBut now my lights fit with no issue and I can take them on and off like they were made for these brackets

They are made from some kind of metallic mesh and it feel’s premium. Unlike the plastic ones this work snap in you.

Replaced my light attachment on my trike perfectly!

The mounting bracket is a beautiful work of art, but it's completely useless. Here's why.The housing on the light is metal, the mounting bracket is metal, everything wonderful and great that you'd want.And then the clippy to connect the two very sturdy metal things is made of the weakest plastic imaginable.They send you two, I broke both in.They mount just fine it all goes together nicely, as soon as you hit a rock or jump a curb, the plastic breaks throwing your beautiful light to the ground.I was very excited because my victogen light is very bright but the mount that comes with it is complete garbage and breaks quickly. So I wanted to upgrade so I didn't lose my investment in the light. It's a sunken cost fallacy, if they don't come up with a metal clip, just throw all your victogen lights in the garbage.I'm going to sell mine on Craigslist, and move away from the victogen brand unless they can make a metal clip.

It does not fit on a set of 35mm bars at all. I gave two stars because the piece is well made.

Great replacements for the plastic ones. Highly recommended. Comes with nice spare parts too.

I use it to ride my bike at night it's a good light just there's no instructions if there ain't no instructions you know I can't complete put it all together

Returned it the first time, hoping it was a fluke. Seems to be nice quality clamps that would be more durable than the clamps that ship with my light, and comes with adapter plates for other light models so you can make other lights compatible with the clamps. Most exciting to me is it comes with go-pro style adapters that would allow you to mount your light on, say, a helmet mount, HOWEVER, THESE MOUNTS AS SHIPPED ARE INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE MOUNTING BRACKETS OR INCLUDED ADAPTERS. The item description shows these mount adapters to be completely different than the adapters that were shipped. And it's not just a fluke, since I returned it for replacement only to find the replacement also fails to match the pictures in the item description. I like Victagen lights -- bright, good battery life, good value for the price, but these mounts show that Victagen's quality control is poor.
