Pricey but worth it in the long run.
Takes these headphones to the next level. More sound insulating than the factory pads. Soft leather with firm foam behind. Also fixes the issue with the loose headband.

Love my purchase
I really like these earcups as the cups that came from the box were a bit too soft for me but the faux leather cups that I bought are really comfortable and make it so I can barely hear outside noise and 4 months later there is 0 signs of wear and tear. The cups were obviously easy to install but the top piece was a pain to get off and on especially knowing that it is a weak point in this headset so be careful when installing!

Great!
Literally anything is better than the material the headset comes with. I replaced these because the headset was extremely uncomfortable. Now I can use it daily without any issues.

Gets the Job Done
These work as they should, However, there more thicker then the Astro ones so the Sound is off at first, so you will need to mess with your EQ, they will also fit into the Astro Base so you can still Charge your Headset, just need to push down firmly when doing it, other then that i have no problems with them!

Solves some issues but creates new ones.
the ear pieces feel a lot better for me since I wear earrings and don’t always want to take them out to play for a couple hours, but as for the head piece it is still really uncomfortable. I have long hair and even with the memory foam version it still manages to flatten itself on the top of my head and leave a somewhat uncomfortable feeling, like it’s too tight. And even tho the ear pieces are more comfortable for me, you can’t casually place them onto the dock to charge with ease anymore without maneuvering the headset for the magnets to lock into the charging ports
