The vial holder was a little small - I don’t have pens I have needles- imagine this would be perfect if i had pens ( but no comparison/point).. The ice packs however still cold after relatively short flight were not frozen. They held long enough to get thru TSA which is what mattered most to me. Think next time I will spend a little more. The package however did arrive on time, and I was able to take my meds & my trip.

If you have to carry insulin, IVF meds, or anything that needs to stay refrigerated or cool, this is your bag! I live the temp reading bc sometimes I would leave this in my car while we traveled and I could come back knowing it was okay temp wise bc I could look at the reading!
