Standard quick connects that you buy from Lowe’s or Home Depot do not thread onto this nozzle. The standard quick connects I’m using on my hoses have fit every other nozzle I have ever bought. The nozzle itself seems well made but if I have to buy special parts to make it work then it’s not worth the hassle. Seller is misrepresenting the product as it will not mate with a typical garden hose.—-Updated 3/15/2018 Originally 1 star because of thread. Changed to 2 stars because it took me 1/2 hour at Ace Hardware to find the proper connector. Buy a 3/4 inch female hose thread with a 3/4 inch male pipe thread if you want to use this with a garden hose. It cost about $6. One I put the new connector on it leaked. With a lot of Teflon tape and a couple of wrenches I was able to get it to stop leaking but it shouldn’t be this hard to install a new nozzle!

Nozzle comes with 1 male proprietary brass quick connect fitting. You will need to purchase 3/4 inch brass NPT to hose thread fitting at local store costing about $7 or buy their quick connect kit costing $18.95 ! Hint: This kit is shown under colors tab. Also, return postage must be paid to China.

Quality nozzle very lightweight even though all metal my only issue seems to be that it leaks due to only a shallow connection

Like others have said, kind of a nice nozzle, but you have to buy their female quick connect.I did not know of the 3/4 connectors the others are talking about. Never in my life have I encountered any hose attachment that is not the standard size thread and I have purchased quite a few in my lifetime.I took my standard male quick connect and forced it to thread into the nozzle using a vise and channel locks - with lots of thread tape to seal it. It doesn't leak, but cannot be separated now cuz it cut new "cross" threads into the housing of the nozzle. As far as spray performance, it's average. Does seem pretty well made for a China job. Overall, I would not buy this thing if I were you.

I leaks, it flows poorly, and the threads are not a standard garden hose. It seems durable, but was a waste of money.
