Still using it 2 1/2 years and another kid later.
This book is filled with great information regarding routines and schedules for babies aged 6 weeks and older. It also covers having multiple children. I particularly liked having examples for bedtime and mealtimes. Overall I feel like this book will be very useful both now and in the future. I have a five month old son who has been a great sleeper from the start but I felt like I needed more structure and wasn't sure where to start. This book breaks it down to the most simple form and doesn't over complicate the process. I love that! I will have to say the only reason it did not receive 5 stars was because the quality of how the book was made was not at all what I expected for the price. I don't know if it will hold up well after extensive use. It seems to be printed on fairly cheap paper and was oddly formatted and had a blurry cover page and back page, I could barely make out the bio information of the authors. I still plan on keeping this book and utilizing the information as my child continues to grow or we add to our family.Edited to add: We now have two kids, 14 months apart aged 2 and 1. This book is still useful as we have adapted our routine as time progresses. If I like a sample routine but not the wake and bedtime times, I simply shift everything down or up accordingly. The quality of this book hasn’t lasted like I suspected and many pages have faded, but for how resourceful this has been for me I will leave it at 4 stars.

Nice idea, but recommends way too much sleep
Love the idea of this book and I like the routines, but the schedules recommend way too much sleep for most babies. For 3-6 months it recommends 14-16 hours based on her chart, but the routines she recommends involve around 17 hours of sleep! I don't know anyone who's baby sleeps that much. My babe is 4 months and I keep his total sleep to just under 15 hours or he won't sleep at night. And he is a pretty high sleep needs kid. Just a heads up for whoever gets this book that the routines are great, but you will most likely need to adjust the sleep schedules.

Meh.
I thought this book would provide strategies for getting littles through the day to day routine. It is a widely spaced text book with sample a few schedules, less suggestions then what Pinterest provides.

Life changing!!!!
I can’t say enough how much I love this book. I did so much research when my son was born, in hopes to get more sleep. I have been using the schedules in this book since he was 3 months old. I have had so much success with them, he has been sleep through the night and in his crib since about 5 months old. Every new parent should get this book, life changing! In the back of the book are some extra tips for everyday baby life.

I suppose I did not read the description properly. I was anticipating this book being a collaboration of her blog with additional testimonials and help. But it is a very short, and widely spaced "schedule" book with suggested times for your day. The blogs on her website were so helpful that I was excited to read a book with extended information.

It’s ok
I purchased this book for my daughter who doesn’t think it’s practical and nothing new that she doesn’t know. She tries to follow a schedule but it doesn’t always work especially with a newborn and 2 year old. She told me to return the book. She is a speech therapist for the school system so she doesn’t need to read material that she already knows.

Quite basic.
Pretty basic. I was hoping for more detail. For example it has a routine for 3-6 month old babies but I would expect a 3 month old schedule to be different from a 6 month old schedule and as a first time mum I was looking for guidance on how and when the wake time at 3 months would evolve into the schedule at 6 months. Doesn't really talk about HOW to implement the routines. Might be useful if you have two children of different ages as it has sample routines for trying to manage both on a routine.

Disappointing
This book is mainly a a collection of different collection of daily schedules, with little to no advice on how to implement them. The printables are simply the same daily schedules contained in the book.

It was more like a pamphlet
I returned this book. It was more like a pamphlet. Very repetitive, very large font, lots of white space, very little content.

Thought that there might be a novel twist to the routines but they were pretty similar to all the baby schedule/routines I've found in a google search.

It is what it advertises
It has a ton of great tips and a lot of schedules, so if one doesn't work for you, maybe another will.
