Treatment of Infertility with Chinese Medicine

This is one of the best books available on Chinese medicine and infertility. Period. Very thoroughly presented, well explained, and the author is a brilliant practitioner/researcher herself with a lot of clinical experience. If you are an acupuncturist treating infertility, then this book imho should be considered an essential part of your library and will likely be referenced often.

What a wonderful book. Detailed description of syndromes, the herbal and point prescriptions are clear, and the cases are relevant and interesting. Worth every penny. Especially enjoyed the description of the TCM view and the herbal support we can provide in each phase of the cycle in patients undergoing IVF, compatible and supportive of the whole process.

Really fabulous and thorough book. I see now why this is a critical book in a library for any practitioner working with women and consequently fertility and reproductive health. I especially appreciate the author's detailed explanation of the BBT and charting in general with regards to the various different patterns and how to interpret. Charting is often underestimated by practitioners who lack the proper knowledge base, however, it is an extremely useful tool in terms of diagnosis and to observe changes over time, I hope that this book will provide the impetus for other practitioners to teach and use charting with patients instead of mere reliance on expensive diagnostic procedures

I'm giving this five stars because of high quality content and excellent writing, However.... this book needs to printed on non-shiny paper and the green ink on highlighted areas needs to be replaced with larger, darker font as it is so difficult to read.

Most complete book on the subject. easy to read and understand. Covers both modern medicine and Chinese medicine. Well presented with case histories and BBT graphs. A MUST FOR INFERTILITY PRACTITIONERS.

I like the book very much , used book in excellent condition!

Recently I have been working with patients that wish to become pregnant. I am happy to say... JOB DONE!This book has in depth information and patterns that are important for acupuncturist to consider.

The information is good , but boy did I have to work for it. The print is tiny and in gray ink!!!. Killer for eyes and annoying. All this for a book that is not cheap. So Sad p;probably good info but I have to read in small bits

Very good book

Arrived as described. No issues with the book per se but I found the packaging quite odd (may be because of recycling purposes so that's great). The packaging looked distressed so I was worried my book was going to be damaged. Book is fine and in perfect condition.Book itself is SO informative and valuable. Lots of great insights and principles you may have not considered when dealing with infertility. Great investment.
