Texsens travel backpack for cats
First off let me start by saying how adorable this is!! I bought it to take my cat outdoors sometimes and she likes it! For reference, my cat she is a 6 year old domestic short haired tabby weighing in at 19lbs and while she does fit in it, I’d say it wouldn’t hurt for her to have a little bit more leg room! She is comfortable in there but definitely doesn’t like to stay in for a very long time because of her size. I definitely recommend this if you want to take your cat or dog out for some fresh air occasionally! My cat is definitely on the larger size so an even smaller cat or dog will love this. There are straps and buckles on the bag so that when you’re wearing it never feels like it’ll fall off or snap and break. It’s very comfortable to wear and carrying a 19lb cat is definitely not an easy task but with this bag, definitely made it easy and comfortable. Also there are storage pockets on each side of the bag which are pretty large so enough room to store snacks, waste bags etc. the bag opens on both sides and on top and the zippers are very sturdy, as well as the mesh my cat wasn’t able to claw through it at all! I highly recommend this because Your cat/dog will definitely enjoy this! Lastly, shipping was extremely quick! Got it overnight with prime at no extra cost!

I love you backpack
I've had this for almost six months and I've loved it, so here is a really thorough review.Pros!- Lighter, prettier, and more convenient than a kennel- Ventilation: unlike other backpacks (ie the "spaceship" looking ones) I'm not worried about my cat overheating or not being able to get enough air- There's also a stiff carpeted bottom part that keeps it from collapsing or squishing in- Two pockets, adjustable straps- STURDY. My cat was wild in the beginning and she was absolutely going at the mesh, biting and clawing it like her life depended on it, but there hasn't been a single break or tear. The most damage she was able to do was to the little tag thing on the inside, so I'm happy.- Three openings, you can unzip the sides and the window, so it's easy to let your pet stick their heads out of the top, or let them walk out the side themselves without jumping (which was nice after my cat got surgery)Potential cons, although I didn't have these issues- Size: if you have a large cat, this might be a little cramped. When my cat was a kitten this was perfect, and probably could comfortably fit two kittens. Now that my cat is almost full-sized, it is alright, but definitely not super spacious. She has enough room to sit up straight, lay down, roll around a little, but not to stretch out properly, and she's a pretty medium sized cat.- Slight tilt when wearing itLike I said, it has a stiff carpet thing at the bottom so I'm not worried about it collapsing, but it does still have a bit of a downward tilt when you wear it on your back. I had to adjust the straps so they were higher and the tilt was less, but it's not like my cat was ever falling over to the side. You just have to be a little mindful

The best by far
I have been through SO many carriers for this dog! She is a senior Havazu. She has a bad back and we love to include her on our day trips. With having a bad back she can’t walk far So a carrier is so needed. We have purchased and returned at least a dozen and we even tried a human baby carrier. She loves her stroller ( we have a really heavy duty one) but when we hike where there are steps and such we cannot bring that so hence the carrier. This carrier is so many things : sturdy for the dog , comfortable for you, roomy, breathable, has storage compartments on each side , and the straps DONT fall off!! I can wear this with her in the front or the back comfortably either way! And although on it looks bulk it’s quite light! This was lighter than the other dozen I’ve tried! My only Complaint is for how sturdy/ supportive not is on the bottom for the dog I wish it had some extra support within that pad that gives the support. We are adding a foam block that will fit this to give some support to her. With a blanket in there too she should be fine. But the pad could be less ( hard as a rock on top). This is also probably a personal preference for us.For dog reference Ava is 9lbs and about 51.5 to 16 inches long. And she had PLENTY of space! She can do a full turn around. Not lay down but she has plenty of room! Her head doesn’t even come close to hitting the top.So nice to not have to return one finally!!I highly recommend this product!!

Seems secure & sturdy
I live in Central Texas where we have tornado warnings. I purchased this for my 12 pound cat should there be an emergency where I need to leave quickly. I can put my cat in here and get him on my back or a front carry and have my hands free for my 70 pound Chow Chow on his leash and a go bag. It's great to keep your hands free for other pets or bags. It's easy to get the cat into, I loaded him from the top but both sides ZIP down so you could load from the side. The top is big enough that I can get the 12 lb cat in easily. Harry can sit up or crouch down in the carrier. It's big enough for him to ride in briefly it's not something you would want to use long-term for a large cat like Harry. But, it's great for even a quick trip to the vet or you got to make a hasty retreat. It also folds flat for storage. It's a good buy for the price.

A mi me encantó!!! A+++

I would repurchase but....
I bought this in case I need to take my cat to the vet using public transit or on foot.PROS: I like the chest & waist strap on this to help take some of the weight off my neck & shoulders (although the waist strap doesn't go quite as tight as I'd like). I love that this is one of the few pet carriers I could find that allowed the flaps to all be close in case of inclement weather, it gets cold where I live. This is much easier on my body than my regular cat carriers because it is a back pack, & not just carried by handle or single shoulder strap. It does flatten right down which is great for storage. The price was good compared to many with good features.CONS: The waist strap doesn't tighten enough for a smaller person. The floor board of the carrier (which stops it from being like a soft bottomed bag) doesn't affix by velcro or anything so it's a bit of a bother when storing the carrier. It is sturdy enough for my 10 pound cat, but I do sense it's best I don't make any fast movements with it on. This isn't going to fit under the seat for inflight use.Despite my not perfect rating, I still recommend this as an affordable carrier with some great features for a small cat or dog.

No pockets but keeping
I have a small handbag that was purchased for my 7 pound schnoodle. It is a great little bag but when I broke my ankle, it was decided that getting something hands free would be better. So I headed to Amazon and did some research and some add to the carts. I checked out reviews and looked at features. For my needs I was looking for something that was not too heavy, not too bulky, and had specifically one special feature.Windows with visors that could be rolled up and down for privacy.I know when my dog is tired he wants quiet and having this option was important. When this one came in the mail, I was not expecting much. It was not fancy in the online photo, but the reviews were good and it had the one feature I was looking for that the others did not have. Privacy for my dog.It had the roll up visors feature for the windows. When I opened the box. It was laid flat and I had to zip up the sides for it to be put together. I noticed by doing that it was not as stiff as a previous one I purchased on Amazon but it was still sturdy. First thing I noticed after it was put together was that it was not going to be easy for my dog to just get in. Yes you can unzip the sides and open it up. But I dont saw the point of that. By doing so it’s very hard to zip everything back up. Especially if the dog is inside. I prefer usually just to be able to allow my dog to just jump in himself. Unfortunately because the front opening is higher up he had a problem trying to jump up into it. Maybe for a cat it would work. Either way I put him in myself. Once he’s inside though, he is comfortable. There is a little white soft pad on the bottom and its sturdy. It’s big enough so that way he can lay down AND move around too. That was very big for me. I intend on putting a blanket inside when it gets colder out. Remember I have a 7 pound dog. In my opinion you could go up a couple of pounds but I would not put something any bigger than 10. I checked out the rollout visors and very impressed. There is one on the sides and one on the top so I have a selection on how much privacy he gets. When I put it on it’s not that heavy and it’s not to bulky. I am a smaller person about 135, and the waist and chest straps fit okay. The shoulder straps have pads on them and they do not dog in. I am glad they are not too stiff as previous ones I’ve tried. I always tug on them before I go out to make sure they are sturdy and attached yo the bag as I do not want my dog to drop to the ground. For my review I would give this a 3 3/4 out of five stars. For me not having pockets is not a big issue as I am not going to use this for hiking. But for somebody else it might be. Also the front opening could have been lower so it would be easier for a dog just to hop into. For me this is a winner because of all the bags I have seen on Amazon, this is the only one that has privacy visors. It may not be fancy but Its about practically and this one hits the mark. I can always add bling onto it.I hope this review helped.

Much smaller than expected
The media could not be loaded. It’s comfortable, sturdy, good looking… however, it’s much smaller than I expected. I even used a measuring tape to ensure it would be large enough. It’s one of those things you have to physically put your cat in to see how small it is. Pictured is my 8lb 7 month old kitten. There is not enough room to lay down. I tried my 12 lb 15 yr old cat and even sitting was squishy. I’d say this backpack is ideal for SMALL cats under 8lbs. The size of the bottom pad is the exact same length as a standard heat vent and just slightly wider than the heat vent. So put your cat near that for sizing.I wish they would make one big enough for medium-large cats… it could be a 5* carrier if it supported the size it claims it can!!

It fits!!
I got this for our two ferrets so we could take them shopping or just out for a walk. I love the fact that all three sides can close so we can take them on the motorcycle and they are protected from the wind. Our girls absolutely love going outdoors with us now!! Would love one half this size to take one at a time if I wish.

Great service and an excellent product
Firstly, I was very impressed with the service. They delivered the product ahead of schedule when I explained that I needed it sooner. It's spacious and very comfortable for my little dog (under 2kg so smaller than most cats, but it is certainly big and sturdy enough for a cat). The mesh gives your pet plenty of visibility and fresh air. It sticks out a little further than a conventional back pack, so you have to be mindful going through doorways and gates, but it's otherwise not much different to wearing a daypack.
