Worked as advertised
Was able to re fit my old safe with this new lock.

NOT compatible with most safes
Almost no instructions on this company's website/YouTube on how to assemble the electronic parts (which are VERY different than what my safe came with). Frustrating because it is almost 100% the same "configuration/size" but the electronic parts are very different. I would have/could have just switched out the locking "swing bolt" mechanism on my safe which would have been easy & I could have done (a VERY generic/common Big Horn gun safe from Costco), but the electronic ribbon cables were all different (couldn't connect to my existing key pad), which forced me to switch out the key pad too, which then caused problems. I would have had to drill out a larger hole in the face of the safe to allow their multi-prong ribbon cables to fit through the already existing hole because-as stated-the internal electronic parts are completely different (unnecessarily). #1 pet peeve-very little instructions, and parts different in configuration with original. They offer zero instructions on how all these (different) electronic parts are supposed to fit in the key pad-they have a small circuit board that needs to be plugged in with these ribbon cords with ZERO instructions on how to get it to fit in either their keypad, or somehow, in the INTERIOR of the safe. Again, the safe I have doesn't come with all that crap, and again, the company Youtube only covers "unpacking" your components hooking the CABLES together & how to change the lock code, but ZERO on how to put the actual PARTS together after the cables are connected! Hopefully this review will dissuade others from ordering this, or encourage the company to get it's act together & make their stuff more "compatible" or have more complete instructions/Youtube videos.
