Q: Could this be attched to a wheelchair?

We have never tested this on a wheelchair, but if you have somewhere that the hooks and strap can attach to you may be able to make it work!

Q: How does it fit on a Firmstrong 26" Bruiser ?

I use it for my bianchi Milan 8 speed working good for maintenance at work holding up well carry small tools fits well even can remove very easy it been 5 years the material is wearing out but as far as the basket working good

Sorry cannot help you. I had to return. It didn’t fit my road bike. The control cables in the way. Nice basket.
