Good jerky

I was hoping the pork would taste like bacon, but it tasted more like beef. A few pieces were tough, but it was pretty good. I may buy again for camping

The texture was lightly grainy, the smokiness was mild, and the porkiness was minimal. If you asked me to identify the meat type without knowing what it was, I might not have been able to identify it. I won't say it was bad, but do not plan to buy it in the future.
