This product looks nothing like the images advertised. It is very soft, but the fur is short, much shorter than shown, and not very fluffy, in fact the fur is flat in a number of spots, including one side of the face. (It comes jammed into a small box and the fur cannot be fluffed in those spots). The front legs and paws are sewn crooked and can’t be twisted straight, the nose is sewn on crooked, the chin is thin and not full and fluffy like advertised, the back is hunched, the tail is limp and can’t stand up like shown in the photos. The colour is completely different than shown. It is about 17 inches long, nose to tail, not the 20 inches as advertised. I purchased this for my elderly mother for Christmas as something therapeutic for her to hold and cuddle with. Very disappointed in what I received. I will be returning.

First of all, this is NOT a toy. It is neither machine or hand washable. Enclosed instructions recommend just gently wiping down with wet cloth.Second, the item comes in a _plastic_ bag, so it arrived in very poor presentation shape - flattened. I did not expect a fancy gift box, but not even a cheap brown cardboard box ???!Also, incredibly enough, the cat arrived without _any_ whiskers.

Was packaged very nicely which was appreciated as it was a gift. Definitely smaller than I was expecting and really no weight to it. Nice stuffed animal - good value because she loves it.

The workmanship was not good. It was deformed and didn't have whiskers that the picture had.
