This is a really great product. I have been taking it in my morning smoothies and I am already feeling the benefits. My gut has never felt better! The ingredients are really wholesome (only 4 by the way) and the flavor is surprisingly mild, a little hint of oats but really mild. I used to put Chia in directly but dropped that product since this one already has the full Chia seed. It is also super soluble, it mixes right in with no clumping or any problems like that. On top of that, the box it comes in is really cool with a warm thank you from the owners. I am all in with The Natural Citizen, love it!

I love this one and my wife loves it even more. Although my digestion is pretty regular, sometimes it needs a little nudge plus my doctor has told me to get more fiber in my diet. My wife is not as regular as I am, so she started taking this daily and she now swears by it. She has tried a lot of different digestion supplements, and says this one has been a life changer. It works, but it's gentle. The flavor is great, I love it in my smoothies and oatmeal, but I'll even just mix it up with some almond milk before bedtime.
