Fine powder, no clumping, good colour and taste. Have used to make frozen acai bowls which have been well received

Good quality Acai powder should be dark purple, almost black and have up to 50% fat. This is mid-pink colour and the label says 0% fat! The label also says 30% carbs which is about twice the amount of a good quality powder and probably due to the maltodextrin listed in the ingredients - in other words filler. I would not buy this product again.
