Great quality and features for price
I have had this treadmill for about a month and it is solid (heavy duty steel), durable, and gives me the features i wanted in a more expensive treadmill. The speed, incline, distance, and time features are great and very easy to use. I don't move it around or fold it up but it seems easy enough. There are a couple of minor downsides but i won't take away a star for them. 1. i wish that the pause workout lasted longer, if you go away for more than 5 minutes it resets your workout...that may be fixable and i just don't know about it. 2. The assembly instructions aren't the greatest - but it didn't take long and came together fine. Everything else is outstanding...my wife and i use it daily . It's very quiet and has a built in mini fan which is nice. i watch Netflix / Amazon while working out and always attach the auto shut off clip in case im not paying attention to how far back on the track i'm getting. I did alot of research on these and I'm glad i purchased this and would do it again.

Great Product, beside broken panel
I have owned this treadmill for over three years. It still works, and I hardly do any maintenance to it. I occasionally add lubricant under the ban, but besides that, it's solid. I did receive it with a broken panel. However, I informed the manufacturer, and they gave me a small discount for my troubles. The panel pieces were just cosmetic and did not affect the great quality of the treadmill. I am a big guy, 6'2 close to 300, and it has not broken down.

I'm happy with it
I love this treadmill. I've been using it for about 2 weeks. It handles well. It doesnt shake. It's not super loud. The hydraulic assist make folding/unfolding really easy. The directions were easy to follow for assembly. I enjoy the buttons on it for quickly jumping from one speed or incline to the next. I will say there are two things I wish were different. 1. I wish there was better volume control for the speakers. You can only use the volume buttons on the device that's connected to the treadmill and it never gets loud enough. Atleast for my liking. 2. The arms on the side are at an unfortunate length. They're short enough that when I'm walking, I tend to bash my fingers on them. If they were a little longer I dont think that would happen.

Arrived defective but Horizon took care of it
I spent a lot of time researching purchasing a treadmill. I chose this one because of the 3.0 motor, the running deck size, and Horizon's good warranty (especially lifetime motor). I called Horizon before purchasing to make sure they were easy to reach should there be an issue.Once the treadmill was delivered it was unusable. Horizon sent a replacement console and safety key, but that wasn't the issue. They sent a replacement cable and dispatched a contractor to come to my house and install the cable. IT WORKED!After close to 3 weeks of sitting with an unusable treadmill, I can finally use it!PROS:For a tread around or slightly under 1K, it feels good and sturdy. I don't feel like I'm running on something dinky, it feels similar to the gym.Powerful motor - 3.0 HP. I plan on running no more than 4 miles at a time on the tread and I'm not super speedy, but it's good to know that there is the power to run at faster paces and longer times.Running deck: 60 inches long, I don't feel like I'm going to fall off.Customer Service: Horizon was always easy to contact. Their reps are located in Wisconsin and are SUPER nice and helpful. The contractor that came to my house was also helpful. Despite there being an issue with my product, the silver lining was that I felt taken care of and know I won't be stranded if I encounter another issue down the road.Quick jump incline and speed: I take treadmill classes on my kindle with the Peloton app and this is a good feature to have.CONS:I mean the item arrived defective. I would hope when springing 1K on a treadmill from a reputable brand, it would work.No quick start workout summary: I usually run on the quick start option and when I end the workout it doesn't give me a summary of distance and pace. Not a deal-breaker, and maybe I'm doing it wrong, but if this is a feature I wish it would be simpler to figure out.Directions/Manual not super clear.

Only lasted 1 year, and this company has horrible customer service.
I loved this treadmill, until after 1 year and 1 month, ( just long enough for the warranty to run out) the display quit working during use and now the whole machine won't turn on or do anything. I haved message Johnson Fitness the maker of this treadmill (and several other brands) and all I was told was that my warranty was expired and given another number to call. After calling multiple times and being on hold and kicked off after a ten minute wait, and also getting no response by email I tried to look up parts by myself. The parts search doesn't work on their company page, you type in the part number and nothing happens. I had a golds gym treadmill before this and it lasted for 10 years and cost half as much. I really wanted to like this tredmill, and did until it quit working on me. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, and instead of getting extended warranty i would use the extra $200 and get a better treadmill, or get a cheaper one that will outlast this one.

Pretty easy setup and love it so far
I was really worried about buying this because I'm a small woman and would have to set it up myself. I received the delivery today and was able to set it up alone in about an hour. So if you're wondering whether or not you can do this yourself, you can! You'll have to put your back into it to move the base of the treadmill but once that's set where you want it, the rest of the setup is simple! Just make sure the delivery person delivers the box to the room you want it set up in. There's a zero percent chance I could have dragged it upstairs. I've only done one run so far and it was 45 minutes ranging from 5mph-8mph and it was a really smooth run. I love it so far!
