First of all I have been cutting firewood for nearly 40 years. I have several saws with different bar lengths. I usually go with the manufacturers replacement chains but wanted to try out the KEKEI chains as they were much less expensive on Amazon. I have to say I am amazed at how well they cut and how long they stay sharp. Using a 16 inch gas saw and an 18 inch electric saw for the bigger diameter pieces I cut four cords of wood with just four KEKEI saw chains. They perform just as well as any American or German saw chain I have ever used. I borrowed an Greenworks 18 inch battery chainsaw from my son to try it out. It needed a new chain so I ordered what I thought was the correct chain from Amazon. It was too short and I wrote the seller for help. They sent out a complimentary package of three chains for the next size up. Those were also too short and then I sent the seller pictures of my saw. They sent another complimentary package of chains that turned out to be the correct length. I cut hardwoods and softwoods. The chains are very sharp and the chips that fly off are large- not little sawdust like you get when the chains are dull. It is very important you keep the chainsaw out of sand and rocks as this will dull your chain instantly. Also I saw complaints about the chain jumping off the bar. This is not the fault of the chain it means you did not adjust the tension on the saw chain correctly.I highly recommend these chains. They are an excellent value and if used correctly will cut lots of wood.

I've used my chainsaw CONSTANTLY to cut a ton of limbs/trees, varying in sizes (up to 6-7" thick) and these work flawlessly! They are extremely sharp out of the box and replacing them takes about 2 minutes. Just make sure and use a lot of oil.

I must admit, I was skeptical about these chains for the price. I normally buy the brand that starts with "O", but I am pleasantly surprised with these. Great Value, and last just as long as the "Name Brand" ones I am used to. I cut about 8-10 Cords of wood a season, and have used these exclusively this past season and couldn't be happier. They hold their sharpness, and at this price, I have several spares, so when they do get dull in the bush, instead of sharpening, I just change the chain and continue cutting. (I sharpen all my chains in one sitting in the garage on my power sharpener) I have also found out from my neighborthat the local small engine shop charges more to sharpen his chain, than I paid for these new ones. So now my neighbor is also buying these. Great Value.
