Super fine texture and doesn't clump
Really nice powdered dates. As a vegan for the last 3 years, I am no stranger to date sugar. I have used other brands and have found them to be much grainier and "stickier". This brand is a nice fine powder that doesn't clump like the other brands. It helps a lot when using it to bake your favorite sweet treat when it's a nice fine powder that flows like sugar. You won't be disappointed with this purchase - I know I wasn't

No flavor and not worth it!
This date sugar had no flavor at all even when I used more than I should’ve. And the color in the photograph looks like it should’ve been dark, but mine was just about white. There was no expiration date on the package only a batch number and when I received the package, it was hard and lumpy.

Great low-glycemic alternative to table sugar
This is great if you are looking for a low glycemic non weird chemical alternative to regular sugar. It's a little less sweet than sugar and has a hint of a unique taste. The texture is a little more powdery than table sugar and it dissolves very easily in tea and smoothies. I will order this again.
