I recently invested in a CCTV system along with various accessories, all purchased from Amazon. Initially, I was satisfied with the products I received, and I felt reassured by Amazon's reputation for convenience and reliability. However, my experience took a sharp turn for the worse when one of the essential components, the hard disk, failed unexpectedly. Upon discovering the issue, I naturally turned to Amazon for assistance, expecting their renowned customer support to come to my aid. Unfortunately, my hopes were swiftly dashed. Despite numerous attempts to reach out for help, I was met with silence from Amazon's support team. The lack of support in such a critical situation is deeply concerning. A failed hard disk in a CCTV system not only compromises security but also poses a significant inconvenience and potential financial loss. As a loyal Amazon customer, I expected better. Furthermore, the absence of support highlights a glaring flaw in Amazon's customer service infrastructure. When customers invest in products like CCTV systems, they need assurance that they can rely on the seller for assistance when issues arise. Amazon's failure to provide this support undermines trust in the platform and raises doubts about the quality of the products they sell. In conclusion, while Amazon may offer a wide range of products at competitive prices, the absence of adequate support when crucial components fail is unacceptable. I urge prospective buyers to consider this before making similar purchases on the platform. As for me, I'll be exploring alternative sources for my CCTV and other electronic items needs, where customer support is given the priority it deserves.

Everything's perfect.. All cameras are working as intended.. however the clarity doesn't seem to be 5mp as I could recognise vehicle number plates. Also, It comes without colour vu, that means Black and White footage during dark 🌑 Along with installation it costed me ~15K (4 bullet + 4 ch Dvr + 1Tb + Wire (40-50mtr clocite brand) + BNCs (Low quality) (Suggest to buy BNCs of Good quality for durability) + Power source (clocite brand).

In summary, the product I received was defective, and the seller's customer service has been non-existent. I am ordering 4 channel DVR, 1 TB hard disk, 4 pixel camera 5 MP etc. These are useless products, don't buy them. Actually my DVR is new(2024) but the hard disk is very old which is not compatible with my DVR. I got a very old hard disk (2013) and I complained about it in Amazon, but Amazon did not reply. They said to contact Hikvision, but Hikvision replied that I can't help you, because you buy from Amazon. If you buy from local dealer, I can help you. If you buy it, don't buy it. Buy from local dealer.
