These seeds are very good and after several weeks, I have been harvesting about once every 3 weeks so that i have enough for my ramen. I'm growing these on a hydroponic set sold in Amazon. I would space these out and only drop at max 3 seeds per slot as they germinate at high rates (good seeds). The growth is consistent, very lush, and the size of leaves (so far) is medium size (not small, but not the large ones I may find on restaurants).

Great seeds. About 95% germination rate. I was surprised the amount of seeds I got, but isnt nearly as much as 2000 as it stated. But it will last a season's worth. To incease germination rate, lay out some seeds on a wet paper town in a plastic sandwich bag, that will give it a good germination rate of over 95%. Then plant the seeds in small containers to start off. If crop grows well, it is a great value compare to buying the produce from a super market.

The first set of seeds I planted didn’t grow well only 2 sprouted. My second go went well and most of them sprouted and they’re all growing really well. However they are not all baby Bok Choy some of them are mustard greens. I did not purchase any mustard seeds so I know that they were mixed in the packet with the Bok choy seeds. We will still eat them but I’m just a little disappointed that it wasn’t all the same seeds. I can’t comment on taste yet as they’re all still growing.

I haven't planted these yet. But, I wanted bok choy and this was the best price.

I sent this seed pack to my kid to grow while he was away at school as a fun activity, since I grow a lot of our own veggies at home. The seed pack came mixed with seeds that were not bok choy and when my kid tried eating the plant that wasn’t bok choy, it was bitter and gave a stinging sensation.(It looked like possibly some kind of mustard?) Here are the pictures my kid sent me from school. He did a great job growing it in his dorm window.
