AAPC Official CPC Certification Study Guide 2017 Spiral-bound – December 7, 2016

I got exactly what I wanted at a price I wanted. I ordered the 2017 AAPC Official Study Guide, so if I have any problems or questions about the content, I would contact AAPC. I read some of the other reviews posted for this product, and I noticed the reviews come from various years preceding publication of the 2017 Study Guide, and also some reviews seem to pertain to books that were probably bought used. So I am a bit disappointed that for this product, the customer review is not accurate or applicable to the item I actually purchased. But I did receive what I wanted, what I ordered, and it was exactly as specified when I purchased it, so I give the product a 5-star rating.

I chose this book because of someone recommending it to me and also I am getting ready to take my exam to become certified. I also rated this book the highest because it really breaks down information about the whole CPT and I would recommend this book to anyone who is taking Medical Coding & Billing in college.

The Official CPC Certification Study Guide came to me in great shape from Amazon.com. In studing for my CPC testing, I found that the book covered several areas that were never mentioned in the classes I took to become a Medical Record Coder. Glad I bought the book because I need to pass these test. The book was well worth the money.

I am very glad I got a chance to use this study guide in preparation for my CPC exam. Using the test like questions has assured me that I can complete the 150 questions with confident. The rational given following the self tests questions are great!!!

Best study book/guide. I passed my CPC exam on the first try. The one thing you really need to focus on is time management. Do the easy questions first, then come back and do the hard questions last.

this book is for people who need only the most basic of reviews. if you already have extensive knowledge of coding, anatomy and medical terminology, then this book is all you need. however, if you're a beginner or need an extensive review of coding principles, then i would recommend the step by step medical coding by carol buck. this book is very informative and a must have for someone who will be taking the cpc exam and needs a serious refresher course. i have used both books and found the step by step book much more informative, as i ended up needing a much more extensive refresher than i thought i would need.
