Love it great quality, works well for my tortoise and it's great heat distribution. Also love the timer and how you can dim the lights to 3 settings. Overall love it.

These work great but had to replace them for a second set. Lasted about a year though. The first set the mechanism that holds one of the lights started making the bulb go out when it was suppose to be on. It was loose and broke off inside so that’s what was causing the light not to work properly

If I could give this product negative stars, I would not only did it set my reptiles habitat on fire . All precautions were taken and setup appropriately, never had this issue with another lamp and we’ve had reptiles for a while . The lamp filled the enclosure with smoke and then burst into flame. My son’s bed and mattress were also scorched. It could’ve killed my family and my turtle.

Yes, it gives off heat and plenty of it. Unfortunately, it melted the inner edge of my tank. To be fair, I suppose I had it too close to the edge since I had them sitting on top of my tank's screen lid since clipping it on the edge I'd have to remove the entire lid and didn't want to. I think its a good lamp just not for my hermies so please be careful as it absolutely gets super hot even on lowest setting.

We have a bearded dragon and this lamp works well for the small terrarium. It is tall enough to provide good light and heat. Love it that the light bulbs are included. Provides good quality environment and is good value.
