I recently purchased the Babysense 720p 5" HD Baby Monitor and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. Initially, I was skeptical about opting for 720p quality over 1080p, but the video quality, both during the day and at night, is more than adequate. The clarity and detail are excellent, providing peace of mind while monitoring my baby.The remote panning and zoom features are incredibly useful, allowing me to adjust the view as needed without disturbing the baby. One of the standout features is the monitor's portability; it doesn't need to be plugged in continuously, so I can move it around the house while carrying out tasks and still keep an eye on the baby.The audio quality is also top-notch, ensuring I can hear even the slightest sounds from the baby’s room. Great camera quality, the night vision works really clearly so that we can have peace of mind. Loads of usefully functions we regularly use such as the sleep function on the monitor and checking the temperature. The charging cord is also a good length so that it can be charged easily when placed in good viewing spots. Would thoroughly recommend.

I bought this camera in Feb 2024 and it worked perfectly. I really like the sound and picture quality and had tested a few products before this. In Dec 2024 I had a sound issue coming from the camera (through to the monitor). I contacted baby sense and after checking the faults out my end, they immediately replaced the unit for me and its working perfectly again. Amazing service.

Great camera, with a clear picture and good signal throughout my house. We use this solidly for every nap and overnight. There was a fault with the camera after 6 months of use however. So I contacted the babysense customer service team, who despite my camera being out of the 1yr warranty, sent me a new replacement. Cannot fault the customer service, and would recommend the products.

Simple. This is the second we got in 2 years as they fall apart after c.1 year of service each time. This time: temperature sensors seem to have blown off blaring off alert for lowest possible temperature, in the middle of the summer with c.30°c in the room. Tried the trouble shooter advices from users (manufacturer would have none for that issue). Pointless.

We are really happy with our monitor, the set up was easy and it works for us. I like that you can personalise your settings and we find the battery lasts a long time. The built in lullabies especially are really useful for usThe thing I must really praise is baby sense customer support, we had an issue with the parent unit and within a few days they had sent us a replacement expedited delivery as we were still under warranty. Started off really well, nice picture, good reception, great sound quality so all in all we were happy with the product. HOWEVER just two months away from a years use the monitor has begun to make some extremely funny noises which are not interfere. After reaching out to the manufacturer (no reply) and seller changed since purchase this has become a let down. I would strongly avoid as it’s not cheap and will end up being a waste of money with little aftercare support, shame!Update:So having written this review I will do the customer service team the justice that they deserve. They reached out to me and have been outstanding, responded to my query and have rectified the problem and gone above and beyond to ensure I am happy with both them and their product. Thank you for your service and support, buy with confidence. Note: I have left the old review on here so that potential customers can see how great this company is to work with. 5/5 service!Update 2: unfortunately the plug that the device has come with has a broken pin, not sure how on earth pins in a plug break like this but it has. Reached out to customer service to purchase another but no reply!! Unit useless now so brought a new monitor from another manufacturer, I would avoid this brand as it’s to unpredictable!
